After an intense match up against the Dallas Mavericks yesterday, the Chicago Bulls ended their preseason with a victory; the score ended up to be 103-102.
Rose made his debut during yesterday’s match scoring eight points and played a little over 10 minutes against the Mavericks. With these stats, Rose feels better than ever and feels confident about Tuesday’s season opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
“‘I felt good’ Rose said. ‘I just wanted to come out and get a feel for the offense.'” Rose mentions in his interview with ESPN. Although the star player fractured his orbital bone in late September, he mentions how his vision is improving and the swelling is decreasing.
Ending their preseason with a record of 4-4, the Bulls are predicted to have a bright season with Rose being in the starting lineup on Tuesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
In just 3 days, the regular season will begin with the Bulls playing against the Cavaliers. This intense match will be one to watch, because these two teams faced each other in the 2014-2015 semi-finals.
Although the Cavaliers defeated the Bulls in the semi-finals and advanced to the conference finals, they ended up losing against the Golden State Warriors in the NBA finals.
The Chicago Bulls are not giving up hope when playing their rivals this Tuesday.
Be sure to watch the season opener THIS TUESDAY October 27th at 7 PM on ESPN.
Until next time,
Priya 🙂
