It’s that time of year again! It’s almost spring break, which means it’s almost time for the Lollapalooza lineup announcement!
A lot of the time, people make guesses about what bands will be performing, which leads to rumors, which leads to many of us getting our hopes up and dreams crushed.
Now, I’m not one to completely trust festival lineup rumors, mostly because if I get my hopes up and a certain artist isn’t going to be there, I get disappointed. But when the headliners are reported as “leaked,” it’s almost hard to ignore it.
The Chicago Tribune reports that Lolla 2014’s headliners are to be Eminem, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, and Skrillex.
According to The Chicago Tribune’s article, the headliners were confirmed by “industry sources,” but whether or not these announcements are completely legitimate still has me unconvinced.
Until then, we will just have to wait until next week when the full lineup will be announced.
Lollapalooza 2014 will be held in Chicago’s own Grant Park from August 1st-August 3rd.
