Glamping in the Wild

Wow, my first blog, this is so surreal. To be honest, I wouldn’t have started writing this blog if it wasn’t for Sheri and Diego yelling at me to sit down and write—but I digress, that’s not what we’re here to talk about. We’re here to talk about my undying love for this suburban country-bumpkin ah store called Blain’s Farm and Fleet. Although the title sounds suspicious, this store is a GOLD mine when it comes to finding that country/rugged workwear aesthetic. I have found items such as carhartt pants, camo printed items and much more. This is all to say that just because you walk into the store and can automatically tell which political party the store leans towards (to the RIGHT, to the RIGHT, everything you own in that box to the right), doesn’t mean there won’t be hidden gems. AKA don’t judge a book by its cover.

So, why am I saying all this you might ask. Well, I’m saying it because I put together a look with a camo hat and cowboy boots. And honestly, I’ve been loving this aesthetic of wearing something really formal with something really dressed down. I then paired that with an oversized blazer and a white shirt (as you can see from the photos). I know this look is really out of the box (in my opinion) but I wanted to try something new. I feel like my style evolves everyday and this is just a reflection of that, and it’s serving *CAMP*.

Well that’s all for now fellow readers, catch you in the next one!!
