Friendly Hello and Introduction!

Hello hello hello! I hope everyone is doing well and making it through these last few weeks alright. I have been wanting to do a fun post and show off my purses with all my fun key chains for a while. I only recently began to have a real purse rotation--because I only thrift purses. I rarely ever buy my clothes first-hand anymore, and now if I do, it's purely only essentials or merch from a show.

Alongside showing off my pretty bags, I'll also do a wallet showing off + a

"What's in my purse?" :3 YAAY let's begin!!

This pretty thing has been my new favorite purse!! It is so big with so much storage, and it is in very good shape! I found it at the Goodwill bins in Wisconsin, and it's like she called out to me,..Love her...She's a cute suede stone color that has silver hardware, chocolate brown leather straps, and cream wool accent lining. She has one pretty pocket in the front, three interior pockets, and one zip-up pocket. She has a cute faux fox tail key chain, a bone key chain, some silver hoop key chains, and a gold-cheetah ascot hanging beside a cute dragonfly pendant. A few things that come up in my accessories--outside of purses as well--are dragonflies! My boyfriend and I got together during dragonfly mating season, and when he asked me out after months of beating around the bush, we had both gone to Lake Michigan, and there were so many dragonflies in the sky, it was FILLED!! More than I've ever seen at once in my entire life. He then asked me to be his partner after we were holding onto each other and laughing because the waves SOAKED our jeans up to our pockets. So! Dragonflies are very sentimental to me, and anytime I see anything dragonfly-related, I always think of him and how much we love each other. Dragonfly tangent aside.. I have this cute bedazzled cross I got from Hobby Lobby when I was like 15(?), the gems have been falling off for years LOL. I also have this pretty rock I got from Starved Rock when I was like 10 or so, and I never really used it until recently. A sweet beetle, I am going to name her Betty :^) My dad wanted to name me Betty, because that's what they called biker chicks back in the 80s, and he thought it was cool...So now my name isn't Betty,, but my middle name is Elizabeth!! Woo!

Purse 2

This was my first real purse, and I began taking it everywhere!! I thrifted this at Goodwill when I was 17(?) with my friend Lily, and she is GORGEOUS!! Real leather- It has not cracked once in the 3-4 years I've had her- is black, with SO much storage. Two front mini pockets, a back zip-up pocket, and two side button pockets, with TWO compartments inside, and one zip-up pocket inside. She is SOO spacious, gorgeous, strong, and has carried my stuff out of my teen-hood into my twenties.

The accessories I have on this bag are these pentagram earrings I got in High school, but never wore often because they were WAYY too heavy on my ears. So now! They are cute accessories for my zipper. I have this cute faux black, gray, purple-tinted-white tail on the side, with another scorpion I haven't named yet, and a pendant I got from Joanne Fabrics (RIP</3). On the left side, I have a half-broken ankh that I used to wear every day during my senior year of high school, a bone key chain, a dove holding a love letter charm, and a tiny dragonfly!

Purse 3

My third beautiful purse I got over Christmas as a gift from my dad!! This cutsie brown cross-body purse!! It has two interior pockets and two exterior pockets, and it is great when I'm not carrying too much. :-) I am very close with my dad, and I love carrying pieces of him anywhere I can go, so whenever I visit home, this is the purse I love to bring.

On the zipper, I added another Joanne's pendant!! Very beautiful, very cutesy. On the left-hand side, I have a little blue fish charm (I LOVE fish, I dream of having a large fish tank someday). A bone charm, a Hornet key chain--still unnamed...only feminine names accepted. Then, a few assortments of crosses, music, and angel charms. On the right-hand side, I have a faux raccoon tail and a steampunk-style dragonfly pendant!

Purse 4

For the last purse! This beautiful embroidered and beaded handbag was gifted to me by my friend Lily! The floral design is so beautiful, and is mirrored on the back! It's my second-largest purse, and it has a small zipper pocket on the inside. I have placed this beautiful dragonfly pin because this bag complements that pin the best. The dragonfly pin was my late grandmother's that I inherited after her passing, and it's one of my many ways of keeping a piece of her with me.

I have on the left-hand side of the purse a little angel pin, a bone charm, and a crab key chain! Then on the right-hand side, I have a string of beads with ladybug charms and another matching angel.

Wallet

Yay!! We got through my purses! This is my very new wallet that I got! I had been carrying around a wallet that was falling apart, and for my birthday, I gifted myself some cute key chains and a new wallet! I love the maroon-wine color of this wallet, and how much it can store!! I am a keeper of coins, and it will seriously weigh my wallet down, so I need a good, sturdy wallet that will hold them. The cross detail on the front is so cute! I adore the brass hardware. I'm typically a die-hard silver person, but whenever silver isn't available, brass is my second go-to, and I'd say that the brass fits this wallet better than silver would.

Some of my fun key chains!! I got a pack of bug key chains and bone key chains recently, so that's the reason why I have them on EVERYTHING! My little scorpion on my keys is named Samantha because my roommate Abby suggested it. I also recently finished watching nearly ALL of SATC content (finishing up AJLT), and Samantha is my favorite character. I also have this super cute ladybug key chain from the brand Three Potato Four, my amazing friend Owen gifted it to me for my birthday--because I adore ladybugs. The cute clover comes with the wallet, and the ankh was a necklace I used to wear every day, but the string broke, and I haven't replaced it since. So! Until then, you're a key chain. My spiral key chain is something I got from Five Below (my heaven), and it doubles as a flashlight! So I always keep my keys linked in a loop of my purse whenever I need them. When I get home, I always attach it to my wallet and hang it up.

Purse Contents

Wowow!! The beautiful contents... I always like to keep a few essentials on hand, so when I'm out on the town with friends, I'm set for anything my friends or I may need. I don't use my Subaru key because I'm not home, but OPE car driven by yours truly is revealed!

I love to keep cosmetics with me on hand at all times, like lip gloss, lip tint, my favorite lipstick (Revlon Black Cherry), mascara, rings, hair clips, hair ties, and some sunglasses!

The more utility pieces I keep on hand at all times are, Neosporin (band-aids not pictured), hand sanitizer (aloe scented), hand lotion(lily scented), deodorant (vanilla scented), hair roller for my bangs (when I'm rocking bangs..currently not rocking my bangs), mini hairbrush, chapstick (coconut and pear flavor), lighters! My favorite is my Marilyn Monroe lighter (pack not pictured <3), and tissues!
